History

2016

  • A period of vertical integration, we acquire fixed wing and rotary commercial flight training facilities at Leeds Bradford (formerly Multiflight), Durham Tees Valley and Newcastle International Airports. Rebranding as PTT Aviation (Pilot Training and Testing) and providing routes for trainee commercial pilots into the corporate and airline world.

2015

  • Charter revenues increase in excess of 100% over 2014 figures, providing owners with significant benefits to aircraft ownership

2014

  • We introduce one of the first new Bombardier Challenger 350s to come into service

2013

  • We obtain our second AOC – UK GB2404 with worldwide operational scope, allowing clients to take advantage of operational cost savings and generate income from aircraft charter across the globe on larger business aircraft

2009

  • We add our first super midsize jet Gulfstream G200 to the fleet, followed later by a Citation Sovereign, Citation X and Challenger 605 heavy jet
  • We provide worldwide flight planning services for large business jets and upwards including Dassault Falcon 900s and Boeing 737/757s on special missions such as flight testing and special cargo transport

2005

  • We acquire our first turbine aircraft with Beechcraft King Air 200 turboprops, followed by the Cessna Citation 550/CJ series of small jets
  • We work with UK National Air Traffic Services, Cobham PLC (Flight Inspection of civilian and military facilities) and the Scottish Air Ambulance Service
  • We establish our own Approved Flight Training Organisation for our flight and cabin crew
  • We work with Leeds University to develop an Aviation Studies Degree Course

2002

  • We start AOC operations with small piston twins and helicopters in use regularly by UK transplant services and private/business client
